Greenfield Football Welcomes New Coach

Greenfield residents attending football games this season will not only see 11 Man Football back on the field but they will see a new coach along the sidelines, too.  Coach Justin Breedlove will be taking over coaching responsibilities this year and is looking to bring back both respect and stability to the Greenfield football program.

Growing up in Lebanon, Missouri, he spent much of his time participating in athletics, playing both football and baseball in high school.  After graduating from Lebanon High School, he continued his football career by attending Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri, where he was a 4 year Letterman and  an All-Conference Offensive Lineman.  In addition to playing football, Coach Breedlove graduated from Evangel University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, while also minoring in Social Science and Psychology.

While this is Coach Breedlove's first head coaching position, he does bring some assistant coaching experience with him, serving as the offensive coordinator at Central High School in Springfield, Missouri prior to being hired by the Greenfield School District.  Coach Breedlove is looking forward to the start of the season and feels he is ready for the challenge.  "I am trying to get everyone excited for the season and trying to get kids active in the community as much as possible," said Coach Breedlove. "The support from the school and the community has been great."
