Congratulations to Austin Pickett and Zane Estes for being February's Students of the Month.
Teachers say, “Austin is always being willing to help others, and is always seen being the big brother helping his little sister to the gym, at breakfast, and in the car line. When a teacher attended a basketball game on the weekend, Austin went out of his way to thank the teacher for being there to support the team. Austin is always doing the right thing even if he doesn’t think others are looking!
Teachers say, “Zane is such a positive example for other students in and out of school. He is always working hard and trying his best. He has great sportsmanship during recess and in his basketball games on the weekends. He makes responsible decisions even when those around him aren't. I can always count on him to be honest and follow my classroom expectations and the school's expectations. Zane is an enthusiastic learner who seems to enjoy school and takes responsibility for his learning. He sets an example of excellence in behavior and cooperation. He resists the urge to be distracted by others an remains focused. He is helpful to everyone in the classroom.
