High school math students competed in the Pitt State Math Relays on April 7, 2026. The students competed against 26 other small schools, both public and private, from Kansas and Missouri. Our students did very well representing our school in the competition and with their behavior.

10th grade:
Seth Bullinger: Graphing - Tied for 6th place
Chloe Mays: Potpourri (random math) - Tied for 5th place
11th grade:
Cailey Boyd: Graphing - 3rd place (earned a medal)
Briar Wallen: Algebraic Equations and Inequalities - Tied for 3rd place (earned a medal)
Cailey Boyd: Geometry - 3rd place (earned a medal)
Hannah Hughes: Number Theory (This was at a 12th grade level) - Tied for 3rd place (earned a medal)
12th grade:
Caleb Strieter: Algebraic Simplifications - Tied for 4th place
Jaxan Marshall: Marathon - 7th place
Caleb Strieter: Marathon - Tied for 9th place
Geometry Team (Hannah, Anias, Chloe M, Anna): 10th place
