The Greenfield R-IV School District is pleased to announce that it has been awarded $10,000 through the
FHLB Des Moines Member Impact Fund program, with assistance from Lamar Bank and Trust. The
funding will provide Shoot-A-Way basketball training equipment designed to enhance player
development and create additional shooting practice opportunities for Greenfield R-IV students. The
new equipment will provide student-athletes with valuable resources to strengthen their skills and
support the district’s athletic programs.
On behalf of Greenfield R-IV, Superintendent Chris Kell expressed sincere appreciation to Lamar Bank
and Trust for helping the district access the Member Impact Fund program. “The $10,000 award
provides meaningful support for our athletic programs while allowing us to spend district resources
toward our primary focus, academic achievement and student success,” Kell said.
The district is grateful for Lamar Bank and Trust’s continued investment in Greenfield R-IV and its
commitment to supporting the students and programs that help them succeed.
