FCCLA Members Qualify for State Competition!
On January 20th, members of the Greenfield FCCLA traveled to East Newton High School in Granby, MO, to participate in the Region 11 STAR Event competition. Cera Dickerson and Baylea Conroy showcased their Chapter in Review Display, highlighting the activities the Greenfield FCCLA chapter has been involved in this school year. Their presentation earned them a Gold rating. Rhilley Guenzel entered the Interior Design event, where she created a floor plan and selected accessories for a Harry Potter-themed Airbnb, receiving a Silver rating for her efforts. These young women will now advance to the State Competition in March, where they will attend leadership workshops and compete for a chance to reach Nationals.

Fourth grade took a trip yesterday to Springfield Symphony’s Young People’s Concert! We listened to pieces from Mozart, Tchaikovsky, and even pieces from The Greatest Showman and Star Wars! 🎶🎺

Courtwarming is a week from tomorrow! Next Friday, January 24th we will have our court ceremony at 5:30pm before the High School Girls and Boys game. Following the games Student Council is hosting a movie night for Greenfield High School students.

Greenfield Lady Wildcat Volleyball will be selling laundry detergent from 2/3/25-2/18/25 to pay for their summer activities. If you would like to purchase any of the products please contact a volleyball player or myself (Melissa Hull) at the high school.

The PreK/PAT Family Game Night scheduled for Thursday, January 16 has been canceled.
It's sick season, and we are doing everything we can to try to keep our Wildcats well (extra sanitizing, discussing hygiene habits such as handwashing, covering our cough, getting extra sleep, a healthy diet, etc). We need your help to stop the spread of germs! Please do not send kids to school if they are running a fever or have been in the last 24 hours without fever reducing medications (tylenol, ibuprofen, motrin, etc). Please do not send kids if they have diarrhea or have vomited in the past 24 hours.
