The start time for the junior high basketball games tonight has been moved up to 5:00. They will still be played at the Elementary.
Due to winter weather moving in tonight, Greenfield R-IV will not run the Vo-Tech bus to the Lamar Career and Technical Center, Monday, January 22nd. Students who attend Vo-Tech in Lamar will not attend class on Monday.

Basketball reschedule update:
The games against Hume and courtwarming have been rescheduled for Friday 2/9.
The girls basketball game against Wheatland originally scheduled for Friday 2/9 has been rescheduled for Monday 2/5.
The games against Lighthouse from Tuesday 1/16 have been rescheduled for Monday 1/22 at Evangel University at 6pm.
The JH boys game against Lockwood from Tuesday 1/16 has been rescheduled for Wednesday 2/7.

Attention parents of elementary students, the NED show assembly has been rescheduled for Thursday, January 25th at 9:00AM.
The JH boys basketball game tonight against College Heights will be played at their new complex at 1107 N. Prosperity Ave, Joplin, MO not at their school gym.
Greenfield R-IV will be closed Wednesday, January 17th, to allow for an additional day of melting. Tomorrow will be AMI Day 1. Students will need to complete AMI work for day 1 tomorrow.
Due to hazardous road conditions and extreme cold temperatures, all Greenfield basketball games for tonight 1/16 have been canceled. An effort is being made to reschedule them. Once reschedule dates have been found another post will be made.

Thursday night our boys will play at home against Jasper. There will be three games. A half "C" game will start at 5:30 followed by JV then varsity.
Tomorrow night our boys and girls teams will play against Lighthouse. The games will be played at Evangel's Ashcroft center with JV boys starting at 6, followed by varsity girls then varsity boys. Teams will not be able to get on the main floor until 5:45 unless Evangel ends practice early and will warm up on a different court. The doors will open for fans at 5.
Golden City tournament update. Greenfield girls will not play this evening and will play for 3rd tomorrow at 10am. Greenfield boys will play against Bronaugh tonight at 5pm.

In an effort to help complete the 2024 Golden City Tournament this week as scheduled, Greenfield High School will host a girls basketball game Thursday, January 11, 2024. Greenfield will play Diamond starting at 6 pm.
Greenfield boys will still travel to Golden City to play their second round of tournament play tomorrow, January 11, 2024.
