Greenfield will dismiss early on Wednesday, May 21st, to begin Summer Break. Elementary School students will be dismissed at 12:50 pm and JH/HS students will follow at 1:00 pm. Thank you for a great year and enjoy your summer.
Reminder - The Greenfield R-IV School District will be in session next week, Monday , May 19th - Wednesday, May 21st. Wednesday will be a half day, with students being released at 1:00 pm.
We're still accepting students for Summer School Enrollment! Both Elementary and JH/HS enrollment forms are available on the website https://www.greenfieldr4.org/. Paper forms are available when you call the office. We can't wait to see you there!

Baseball gets to play at Hammons Field on Tuesday 4/8 @ 7:30 vs Osceola! We want every 7-12 student that can attend to be there! We will be taking a pep bus and will have supervision at the game. This will be an awesome experience for everyone! Tickets are only $6. Please contact Mindy at the office. If a student cannot afford a ticket and wants to go, please call Mindy anyways! Permission slips will be sent home Monday and need to be returned Tuesday. Please share this post! Go Wildcats!
Water pressure in the Elementary School has been restored. Greenfield R-IV will be in session, Thursday, April 3rd. Thank You to the city's maintenance crew for working all day to replace the waterline. Great Job today!
Today's absence will be made up on Monday, April 7th.
Due to there being no water pressure in our Elementary School, the Greenfield R-IV School District will be closed Wednesday, April 2nd, to allow time for the necessary repairs to be made.
The Vo-Tech bus will still run to Lamar and weather permitting, the track meet scheduled in Greenfield will still be held.
This day will be made up on Monday, April 7th. Additional updates will be made tomorrow.
The Greenfield R-IV School District will be out of session on Friday, March 21st and Monday, March 24th. The next day in session will be Tuesday, March 25th.
Parent Teacher Conferences will take place today from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm in both the Elementary and JH/HS School Buildings.
The Greenfield R-IV School District will be in session Monday, March 17th and not in session on Friday, March 21st and Monday, March 24th . This is a scheduled four day weekend on the District's 2024-2025 Calendar.
Greenfield R-IV will be in session on Monday, March 10th. This is a snow make up day.
The Elementary students had a great time learning about resiliency at the NED Show!
If your child would like to purchase a NED yo-yo, Mrs. Strieter will have them for sale until March 5th. Students will need to bring a completed order form and exact change or a check made out to Greenfield Elementary. The proceeds from yo-yo sales help us pay it forward so another school can learn from and enjoy the NED Show. Each NED yo-yo has a lifetime warranty, so any broken yo-yo will be replaced, even if it is from last year.

Due to poor road conditions on back roads, the Greenfield R-IV School District will be closed Friday, February 21st.
This will NOT be an AMI day. This day will be made up on Monday, March 10th.
